1. Our highly experienced Bangkok florist team will look after all aspects of your order. We carefully select only quality roses and other flowers, which are kept at the correct temperature to maintain freshness. We maintain that temperature control throughout the delivery process to ensure the recipient gets only fresh and beautiful flowers.

2. All the floral bouquets that you can see in the photos on this website are only representative of arrangement types. Exact flowers and associated items may vary slightly depending on availability at our local florists. The same applies to the color of flowers, which may slightly differ from those shown in the photo. But we guarantee all the flowers and gifts will be the finest available to our florists. If you require a specific product, please call or message and check for its availability.

3. To create quality bouquets and timely flower delivery to all areas of Bangkok, we accept orders with same day delivery or later. You can select the delivery date in a special field at the time of checkout the order.

4. All the prices listed on our website include delivery – our delivery service covers the metropolitan areas of all areas of Bangkok. In some cases, delivery outside of Bangkok is possible, but this service is provided by the Flowers-Bangkok.com store by agreement and at an additional cost.

5. Before placing your order please review the recipient’s name, address and telephone number so that we can contact the recipient if necessary. We can not guarantee on time delivery if you have provided us with incomplete or incorrect information for the delivery.

6. To enable us to make a correct delivery please provide us with the telephone number of the recipient. This is very important for us in case we cannot locate the recipient’s address. We understand that you usually wish to surprise or impress the recipient. Therefore we can call the recipient and ask about a convenient delivery time, but at the same time, we can keep the information about the delivery subject a secret.

7. We strive to deliver each bouquet on time in accordance with the wishes of the customer. But some delays are always possible due to difficult traffic conditions in Bangkok and adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, flood, etc.). We cannot guarantee the specific time of delivery, especially at peak periods (e.g. February 14th), but we will try to complete the delivery as early as possible on the specified day. Or in the period that you indicated as priority for delivery. Also, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the same day due to objective reasons (absence of some rare flowers, long distance to the delivery point, busy florists, weather conditions).

8. We send a confirmation e-mail to you – the customer – for every order placed on our web site. Please check the accuracy of all order details in invoice, including the recipient’s name, address and contact number. Please report problems to us as soon as possible before payment and flower delivery in Bangkok.We are unable to give refunds if we cannot complete an order because of incorrect or incomplete information about the recipient, or if the recipient has changed address and we cannot contact them in any way. 9. In the event that we have tried to deliver the goods to the recipient but cannot find their address, or the address has changed and we cannot contact the recipient from the given telephone number, we will bring the goods back and keep it at our shop. If you then want us to make a new delivery after being unable to contact the recipient, we can do so at your expense. All fresh flowers are perishable, and will not be in a good enough condition to be re-delivered in next day. If you want us to deliver new flowers to replace them, you will be responsible for the incurred expense, as we cannot absorb this excess cost.

10. In a situation where you are not satisfied with our goods or service, please do not hesitate to let us know. We welcome all complaints and comments, which we will consider carefully to help us improve our service in future.

11. We deliver flowers only after receiving payment. You can see all available payment options on the How to pay page. We remind you that the fastest method of payment is direct payment to your Paypal account (you can also use your bank cards for this). At the same time, a transfer to a bank account can be carried out within 3-7 days (depending on the country in which you are located).

12. In case of delay in payment, delivery of flowers or gifts in Bangkok can be made later than in the day specified at the time of placing the order and in the invoice.

13. Large teddy bears are delivered from our partner’s warehouse in Bangkok, so we cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. Such a gift will be delivered within 3-7 days to all cities in Thailand.

14. The design and color of the teddy bears may have some differences from the photo in our store page. Due to the peculiarities of measurement, the size of the teddy bears may sometimes differ by 3-5 cm up or down.

15. The discounts and coupons that we offer our customers have an expiration date and can only be used when ordering flowers for a certain minimum amount. You can use only 1 coupon during each order of flowers in our store.
