★ How long does it take for my bouquet to arrive in Bangkok?

We are a local flower shop, so you don’t have to worry about the long journey of your bouquet from the moment of its creation to the delivery to the recipient. We are located in the central part of Bangkok and after creating a bouquet, it usually takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours to deliver flowers (depending on the distance of the recipient from the flower shop).

★ Do you offer same day flower delivery in Bangkok?

Yes, you can use this service and we do not charge additional fees for urgency. Delivery on the same day is possible when placing an order and confirming payment by 3 pm. ★ What kind of flowers should I send to Bangkok?

★ Are all bouquets of flowers in stock in your store today?

Our store is located in the flower market area in the capital of Thailand, so we can guarantee the freshness of flowers and the constant availability of all the bouquets that are available for order. We currently provide flower delivery to all areas of Bangkok, as well as to the suburbs and neighboring provinces (Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and some areas of Samut Sakhon).

★ How much does flower delivery in Bangkok and suburbs cost?

Flowers-Bangkok offers free delivery of all bouquets and gifts in Bangkok. At the same time, we charge a small additional fee for flower delivery to the distant suburbs of Bangkok and neighboring provinces from 149 to 199 THB (5-6.4 USD). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

★ I am unable to complete the checkout and am am seeing this message: “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help”

You can see such a message if during checkout you made a mistake when filling out the Postcode / ZIP line or added a post code of an area that is not in the list of delivery areas of our store. If you entered the correct post code, but the error persists, please contact support and we will help you complete your order.

★ Can i order flower delivery in Bangkok by telephone or email?

Yes, this option is possible. Our managers can take an order by phone, e-mail or using instant messengers. But in any case, you must provide all the necessary information for the correct and fast delivery of flowers in Bangkok (name, address and phone number of the recipient of the bouquet). We may also need your email address to inform you about the delivery process.

★ Will my bouquet look like the picture in the store?

Photos in the store do not always correspond to the actual appearance of the finished bouquets. Our florists use different types of green fillers depending on the season.
