- Product Substitution Policy
Flowers are natural, seasonal items. Specific varieties, colors, and seasonal packaging materials may vary based on daily market availability.
If a specific flower or color is unavailable, our expert florists reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall style, shape, and color theme of the bouquet are strictly maintained.
For significant substitutions, we will attempt to contact the buyer via WhatsApp, LINE, or Email in advance. If we receive no response before the scheduled dispatch time, we will proceed with the professional substitution to avoid delivery delays. - Pricing and Payment
All prices on Flowers-Bangkok.com are listed in Thai Baht (THB) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice due to seasonal flower cost fluctuations (e.g., Valentine’s Day period).
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our approved secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer). Orders will not be crafted or dispatched until payment is verified. - Delivery and Senders Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including the recipient’s correct name, full address, and local Thai phone number.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the requested time slot. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by traffic conditions, severe weather, flooding, or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
If the recipient is not available at the location or refuses to accept the flowers, the courier will leave the arrangement with a reception desk, security guard, or neighbor if safe to do so. If no safe alternative is available, the bouquet will be returned to our workshop, and re-delivery charges will apply. - Anti-Fraud and Security for Money Bouquets
For security reasons and to comply with Thai anti-money laundering regulations, orders that include real cash attachments (Money Bouquets) are subject to strict identity verification.
Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. reserves the right to request a copy of the buyer’s official ID or Passport to verify the payment card ownership before processing any cash-attached order exceeding 5,000 THB. Failure to provide verification upon request will result in immediate cancellation and payment reversal. - Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, logos, graphics, and original flower arrangement photographs, is the exclusive property of Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our media assets is strictly prohibited. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
